Does il n’y a pas de doute que take the French subjunctive?

Yes and no!

Il n’y a pas de doute que is followed by the French subjunctive only in negative sentences and in questions with inversion.
In affirmative sentences, the verb is conjugated in the indicative.

Example

Il n’y a pas de doute que – There is no doubt that

A: Il y a un doute que cela va finir mal.
There is a doubt that this will end badly.

N: Il n’y a pas de doute que cela finisse mal.
There’s no doubt that this will end badly.

Q: Y a-t-il un doute que cela finisse mal ?
Is there any doubt that this will end badly?
